What Are Sustainability Labels?

Sustainability certifications provide investors with guidance when selecting funds that consider environmental and social criteria.

They create transparency around the sustainability strategies applied and promote comparability between products. Through independent external audits, they help prevent greenwashing and strengthen trust in sustainable investments. In this context, greenwashing refers to the misleading portrayal of financial products as sustainable, even though they do not meet that standard.

Please note that investing in securities involves both opportunities and risks.
